Originally launched on PS5 in October 2023, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will be available to play on Steam starting January 30, 2025. That’s a span of just 15 months, showing that the lag time between Sony first-party exclusives hitting PS5 and later coming to PC may be getting shorter as the company tries to find a bigger audience for its costly blockbusters. God of War Ragnarök, which came to PC last month, suffered a slew of negative Steam reviews as a backlash to the login requirement which first became a major flashpoint earlier this year when Helldivers 2 exploded in popularity.
